I am registered patent attorney that strives to provide big law firm patent and trademark services at prices that the average inventor and entrepreneur can actually afford. My goal is to see your invention and creative ideas succeed. And I’ll do everything in my power to make that happen.
I am registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). My registration number is 70,302. You may verify this at: https://oedci.uspto.gov/OEDCI/
I routinely draft, prepare, file, and essentially work on patent and trademark applications filed at the patent office (USPTO).
My Promise to You:
I promise to utilize all my resources, including my intellect to assist you with whatever patent and trademark goals you may have. If you are not happy with my work product, you owe me nothing but may retain the work product I provide.

Various products for children
Internet and networking communication protocols, peer-to-peer communication protocols

While my fees are very reasonable, there are still significant costs involved with filing and prosecuting a patent application. For example, there will be the filing costs that the USPTO charges which may not be insignificant and there will likely be some costs associated with preparing appropriate drawings to submit as part of your patent application, i.e. the cost of a draftsman/illustrator.
