I am an experienced Virtual Assistant mostly in web development companies and I am doing project management tasks - managing emails, posting tasks to CRM for the development team to work on, checking if posted to do list are properly implemented, etc. I am also doing administrative tasks which consists of data entry, research, answering clients' emails, sending clients update on their websites and creating management reports. I have experienced training new assistants, having them shadow me and once I have an administrative assistant as a direct report.
In my previous job as Virtual Assistant I have also done tasks like reception, transcription, slide presentation formatting, slideshare audio and slide synchronizing, drafting flight bookings, facilitating team meetings, etc. I am savvy in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google email, Google doc, PDF, PDF annotator applications and I have a some knowledge in WordPress and Magento. I have also used CRM tools like Basecamp, Asana, Affinity Live and Highrise.
I have a vast experience in customer service and team management as I worked in the BPO industry for almost 7 years.I have been coaching and mentoring customer service representatives helping them achieve and exceed their monthly goals. I have conducted career-path sessions and mock interviews to help my direct reports move up the ladder. I have also conducted trainings and presentations to clients and to higher management. My core competency lies in multi-tasking, management, administration and communication.
