Admin Assistant/Research and Data Entry Professional
Over the last five years, I have worked as an Administrative Assistant involving working with client data via a database system, electronic filing and handling of confidential documents, mail handling and processing, phone conferences with other staff, email/phone communications with other staff and businesses, light bookkeeping, purchasing, research, spreadsheets, and data entry.
During the last five to six years, I have also held other various additional jobs involving data entry, research, google maps, white pages, spreadsheets, etc.
I have a long work history besides the above positions which include but not limited to medical and some legal transcription, filing, typing, some bookkeeping, quality control of patient files, and phone/email communications.
Software/Programs that I am familiar with include: Automated systems such as Aliss and CPSI (programs for handling client/patient databases), Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat 9, and various other types of software.
I am willing to learn new software in order to complete assignments. I catch on to most software programs pretty easy. I am interested in part-time but consistent work about 15-20 hours per week.
