I previously worked for Convergys Philippines with a position for Technical Support Representative, handled AT&T services like AT&T dsl for 9 states and Uverse. I can troubleshoot cable tv, internet and home phone. I am also a berlitz passer. i can handle irate customers and multi-task at the same time. I took communication skills training, product training and call handling.
I also have knowledge configuring wifi connections with laptops, tablets, cellphones. Can troubleshoot mail clients like thunderbird, outlook, windows live, can also support basic online email like yahoo and gmail

Sieble and WFE are examples of the tools that i use to troubleshoot. Those tools are specially designed to host and support ATT services and products. It is a perfect example of ticketing system where you can update, amend, edit and track cases from customer that call in regarding a specific issue with the company's services. I can also handle basic billing inquiries, make a sale if necessary or if the client demands it, can adjust to any kind of changes.
I am willing to be trained. I can handle shifting schedules and there wont be any issues with time management.
I prefer working on line because in that way i can concentrate more in what i have to do. i don't have to travel 2-3 hours just to get to work and in this way i can save more of money.
