I have been within the customer service sector for over 10 years and it is something that I will always be a part of. My passion for helping people shines through on every interaction. Currently I am working full-time within the insurance claims sector in a call centre, I am looking for a real career and success rate by working on-line at home as a freelancer. I can undergo any training that is necessary to carry out roles correctly and efficiently. My words per minute count is between 70 and 90, depending on what the material is.
