I am very hardworking, independent, responsible, dependable, flexible, persevering, persistent, well-rounded and creative. I love learning new things or information most especially those that can help me grow as an individual and I am very much willing to be trained to be more qualified, prepared and well-equipped for a specific job. I am very professional and can handle work under pressure with minimum supervision, and I can multitask. I am used to working in a fast paced environment. I can pretty much say that I have good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
I am PC/Windows OS literate. I am good at data entry and I am proficient in web browsing and web research. I am knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), and I also know how to do basic troubleshooting on desktop PCs and internet connections. I have some basic technical skills in installing/uninstalling/troubleshooting hardware and software (anti-virus, peripherals, etc.) Knowledgeable in navigating and basic troubleshooting of browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Quite proficient in using Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo Mail. I know how to use Google Docs and Google Drive. I have the know-how in using softwares like Skype and Dropbox. I have experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, Lead Kahuna, and LinkedInception (LinkedIn Viewer) softwares. I also have some experience using Insightly - an Online Small Business CRM & Project Management software. I am a little familiar with and have some experience using Asana, Magento, Quickbooks, Teamwork, Slack, HipChat, and Google Hangouts. I also have basic knowledge in Wordpress - posting/uploading contents. I am knowledgeable in social media/networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and Google+.
I have worked in the BPO/Customer Service setting for the past 10 years. I have worked for US companies like Sprint, Verizon and HP. I have also worked in a BPO run by Australian clients and handled various Australian accounts, - Nespresso, Dick Smith and BHP Billiton - to name a few.
I also have vast experience in Administrative Support (Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant), both in an office setting as well as home-based.
Providing data-entry services, is also one of my expertise. I also do back-office work, posting or social media marketing, as well as audio/video transcriptions; and other ad-hoc tasks.
