I have 7 years in the call center industry which started from outbound sales until I reached management. I did outbound hard selling for 4 years before I decided to try accounts managing. I then qualified as an executive assistant with my last job making me versatile in this industry. I basically rotated myself enough to know the ins and outs, pros and cons of this industry.
