I have 13 years total experience with customer service, B2B sales, lead generation, training, internet marketing and quality assurance to outsourcing companies. Part of the 13yrs, is my 5 years working familiarity as Operations Manager running over 30 virtual employees for customer service, internet marketing and outbound calling. I have spent countless hours answering phones, sending and responding to emails, responding to livechats, overseeing timetables, communicating to clients, managing teams from scratch, interviewing and hiring staff for company’s expansion and tending to the daily responsibilities of those I have worked for.
