It is my objective to provide an accurate and efficient administrative service that will allow businesses to concentrate on their own primary objectives. My current employment is based around historical and archaeological research, which, although is a specialised fields, employs a wealth of generic skills such as research skills, time management, organisational skills, project management etc. as well as other administrative skills such as typing, emailing, bookkeeping and arranging international travel for colleagues. I have also recently worked for a mechanical and electrical engineering company as an office manager. This post required me to manage the day to day running of the office in ... moreorder to ensure that the deadlines of the engineers were met. This post including a lot of audio transcription, debtor chasing and document production. My recent educational experiences have also added to my skill base as I am now proficient in report writing and utilise exception referencing skills and can use Power Point, Access, Word and Excel in a more than competent manner. This experience also refined my time management and workload prioritising skills. All of these experiences and skills, as well as my original work as an office temp, have equipped me with all the facets necessary to allow me to ensure that any work that I undertake is completed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner allowing you to get on with the business of running your business. less
