Customer support, product and accent training, calibrations, quality assurance, lead generation, email and chat support, survey and even sales (upsell and hard selling).. Working fulltime as a Staffing and Project manager for various Odesk campaigns and presently handling 3 camps involving B2B and B2C.. And may I say, Im pretty good at it.. I like things getting done.. Experiences on Odesk include Merchant card services, Lending, SEO, Lead gen for used mobile homes and RVs, Recruitment, Insurance surveys, Website & mobile ... apps, mortgage, security, power saving, shipping services etc.. Comfortable dealing with the different levels of the organization. Easy to work with, and committed to everything I do, specially the ones Im getting paid for, for a reasonable rate.
