Responsibilities included troubleshooting portable media players and application, Internet connectivity, Web-based Emails and Email programs like Outlook Express, Outlook 2007 and Mac Mail. I also handled installation and troubleshooting of Anti-virus, Firewall and Parental Control programs. I also have work as an Online Chat Representative for car dealerships in North America. I started home-based work since 2011. I aim to integrate my skills and abilities to be an asset to the company that I will be in.
