I am currently working as Talent Identification/Sourcing Specialist in one of the largest professional staffing in the US (Philippine based). My main task is to source for highly qualified candidates for our different clients using different job boards and to ensure that a specific requisition is filled on time. Prior to this, I also worked at TeleTech as Global Talent Acquisition Specialist wherein I called viable candidates in North America and Philippines for interview. I did sourcing/resume search as well using Monster.com, CareerBuilder, Workopolis, Kijiji, Jobstreet, HotJobs and etc. also answered queries from applicants, current and former employees via 1800, chat ... and e-mail correspondences. I was also the point of contact in every site/s assigned to me. My previous employments (including Odesk assignments) enhanced my customer service, administrative, data entry, transcription and research skills.I am highly organized, keen to details and dedicated to my tasks. I am proficient in MS Word and Excel, and can type 70wpm.
