I am seeking for good employers whom I can work with and share all my knowledge and experience. I want to make sure that my employers would be satisfied with the work that I would be able to deliver to them. For more than 5 years in the call center business, I have developed telemarketing, data gathering, lead generation, appointment setting, data entry, answering service (customer service) , and technical support skills . After working for various call center companies, I gained a lot of experience being a virtual assistant with real estate, mortgage, appointment setting, health, reservations, research/survey and travel accounts. I can also ... say that inspite all this, I became spectacular on administration, book keeping, email conversations, Crm and all those sort of things. In addition, I was a previous English tutor for Korean, Japanese, and Chinese students. I've also been a remote Admin manager for certain engineering companies for the past years. But in-spite all of my experiences, the most valuable thing that I gained is the trust that was given to me by my employers. And that above all is far more important and the hardest to gain.
