Dondi's presentation of her abilities and knowledge (via written interview and email communications) is great and presents to me a person with great potentional. However, her work ethic has become the item of concern: I'm not sure that she really wants to do this as I have seen on indications, but not activity nor operation of true commitment to honor her contracts. Dondi was unresponsive much of the time (initially for over a week) and showed no progress in the weeks following her hiring. Dondi met none of the deadlines and I received no original material from her. All that I received from her were 2 attachments of standard court procedural related documents. *Her initial assignment was only to review and redline a document I had already drafted; I received nothing from her. *The second phase was for her to give expert input/advise/and even write for delivery of responses I need for a case *Dondi indicated commitment to this work for about a week then she abruptly closed the contract without prior notice, communication, nor explanation though in my communications to her I have requested that she let me know if timelines or work requests are not feasible; (this would include if she felt specific services were of more value than the current contracted rate, etc.) *I lost a week of work on these documents that are now due in short timing I have scored Dondi as I have because from her there have only ben "INDICATIONS" of ability and knowledge. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED ON. I'm gravely disappointed.
