I am looking for a challenging work wherein I can utilize my previous work experience, expertise and education. I have more than four years experience working in a call center industry being a Quality Analyst. My ultimate goal is to provide constructive feedback and implement QA guidelines to the agents/micro team that I am handling, in conformance with the clients Quality Standard. I see to it that agents taking calls are given proper coaching and motivation, to be able to deliver good calls, thereby satisfying not just the client but the customer as well. I also take calls to limit abandoned ... calls when agents are on queue and answer numerous emails and do reports with a typing speed of 45 wpm with 98% accuracy. I may be a newbie in this online job industry but I am confident enough that with my recent work experience I can make it possible for someone to be satisfied with the work or task given. For a span of 2months I've been a Virtual Sales Agent, in a health card company and would mainly function to call for appoint setting. I may not have enough experience for online jobs yet, since I am still starting but I am willing to give my best shot knowing that a satisfied customer/employer would have no second thoughts of hiring me back if work done was totally satisfying. It's just a matter of taking the FIRST STEP to try and hire me.
