As far as I could remember, my life was always ... morerevolved around travel and tourism, I never saw myself in any other industry and I specifically loved working in departments that were focused around customer services and operations, not only because of the huge exposure to many clients that had different backgrounds, social statuses, cultures and languages, but because I had to deal with clients that were happy (relatively speaking!), because whither they were traveling for business, leisure or family trips, there was a unique excitement for travel arrangements that was always present, both for me and the traveler, and to be part of that excitement was a special treat in my daily working life. But after the passing of many years, career progress had to take place and responsibilities began to mount up to a managerial level, which I discovered to be not my favorite part of progress, because instead of working with clients and travelers, I began working with employees and colleagues, and that was where I lost my advantage, I no longer work to assure happiness, even though I tried to do so, and I had to learn it the hard way! management was never about making my employees happy! And so, I retired and decided to begin my own travels, and because I needed to finance myself one way or another, I had to rely on other skills, especially since I became the traveler and had no one to serve but my own self. And thus, I started picking up online jobs related to translation and content writing. Nowadays, I am engaged with education, farming and food production, and am looking forward to enrich my life with different kinds of knowledge as I engage further with what I have, but one thing is for sure... The more knowledge I gain, the more I realize how ignorant I can be in many things, that is why I believe one should never stop educating himself, this is where I began to be open to learning new things. less

Hussein is one of the most valuable contractors I had the privilege to work with. He has a good understanding of the travel industry, but more importantly, he really understands the Arabic consumer's mindset, which makes his input highly valuable and accurate! Besides the professionalism, Hussein has superb communication skills and he always provides something extra than requested (a suggestion, different perspective etc). Will definitely hire and recommend hiring in the future! Shukran Hussein.
