Travel writing: articles, overviews and product rewrites
The work does not get done, excuses are made. Rinse, repeat.
    Freelancer's Response
Client was often uncommunicative, calls one instance "rinse and repeat." Honestly tired of busting myself on platforms like these for lowballed wages anyway.

[Upfront payment] 1.5¢/word - Long term article writer wanted
Kate is an excellent writer and a top notch researcher. I gave her a very general topic but she had to come up with a very deeply researched article and in my opinion that is the hardest combination. She passed with flying colors and I am getting ready to hire her again. This was an excellent experience.

Writer Wanted for Software Company Blog
Kate Our team really enjoyed your writing style and just wanted to pass along two bits of constructive feedback for both of us about the past week: 1. We should have set you up better for success. Even though we sent along a brief to you, I believe that a quick Skype chat and a more concise, buttoned up brief would have put you down the right path. Your version of the article hit on a lot of the right points and got us about 75% of the way there (which is perfect) but we still needed to revise it a bit. That's on us -- we need to do a better job next time. 2. I know it was a long holiday weekend, you had interviews in Dallas, etc etc etc ... but it was tough on us to continue pushing your deadlines back. Especially when the client gave us an ultimatum to have it by noon on Wednesday (pacific time). If we work together again in the future, I think we'd need some honest feedback from you about whether or not our deadlines are do-able based on your existing workload and other considerations. Thanks Kate! Job well done! - Mike
