I am fluent in spoken and written English with 10 years call center experience in customer service, inbound sales and technical support for: Real Estate, Telecommunications, Technology (Web, Home Telephony, PC Hardware), Banking and Direct Sales. I am a geologist by education. A gaming & PC hardware enthusiast who enjoys working the most as a trainer/educator.
