    We worked with Misty to do scheduling/calendars for two senior members of our team. While she was able to complete the tasks, we found her slow to respond to emails and believe she would benefit from improved communications and ensuring a higher standard of work overall. To her credit, Misty was keen that we were happy with her work and she wanted to have more opportunity of working together so she could demonstrate her capability, but we are not in a position to fulfil this.

    This contract was actually for 2 different jobs. I was first hired to set up calendar appointments with people they were interviewing. This job was the main percentage of my hours with this company. After that job was completed, They told me they were happy with my work and they asked me if I would stay on and do calendar scheduling for 2 members of their company in which I agreed. I was given an email account to check and calendar access. Emails were checked once a day in the afternoon in EST as discussed prior to me accepting this position. There was minimum work available for the second job and I often logged less than an hour per week. After about 3 weeks, there was no work at all available. I still checked the mailbox daily. After another month of no work the contact was ended without any communication or warning from the client. I was never once made aware during my time with this company that they wished for me to answer or check emails more often that once every 24 hours as we discussed previously. Since there werent any emails for the last month of myself holding this second position, there were no emails for me to even reply to. There was never a complaint or unsatisfied person that I spoke through email with for this company while setting up appointments. I never missed an appointment, there was never an email that wasnt responded to, and every appointment was confirmed with the attending parties. As the client stated I am very keen on ensuring that all my clients are happy and satisfied with my work. If the client had made me aware that they needed emails checked more than once a day, I would have been happy to check and reply to emails more often. Client could reach me via Skype, G-Chat, and Email. This client never went longer than a couple of hours at most for a reply from me, if I didnt answer instantly. I was also sure to ask this client if I had any questions. Given the above information, I am conflicted about this feedback and the lack of communication from the client prior to ending the contract. The feedback seems to be solely based on about 3 hours of work that took place over 8 weeks, in which the client never mentioned wanting anything done differently during that time or that they were not happy with the work I was providing. Again I would like to state that I never missed an appointment, there was never an email that wasnt responded to, and every appointment was confirmed with the attending parties. There is no mention of the excellent work I performed for the majority of my time with this company that was good enough for them to even ask me to stay on for the additional work after I finished the original contract.
