I have a wide range of experience dealing with clients and customers in the customer service field that includes answering inbound and making outgoing calls, some sales experience, writing and responding to email communications and chats. I also have experience performing and excelling at administrative support duties, such as, data entry, social media management, and scheduling. I have office management experience, so managing tasks will not be a problem. I am able to work effectively and efficiently with little to no supervision, independently or as a member of a team. I’m always open to learning new things.
