My experience: - Experience with Test Manager, Test Leader, Team Leader position for years, as a hands-on leadership style. - Experience in creating Requirement Specification documents in both types: Operational flow (to describe what actions that an operator do step-by-step to perform a specific feature) and System flow (from high level to detail design level which describes the communication between services for the entire system). - Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing that include all kinds of application: Mobile/Desktop/Web/Web Services/API Testing. - Deep understanding and experience about some domains: Warehouse Execution System, E-commerce System, Online Advertising System, Online Payment System, Game/Apps Portal, Health Care, Satellite Content Delivery System, Oil & Gas, Automotive, etc. - Good knowledge about CICD and experience in deploying application. - Well familiarized with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe framework) Tools that I’ve been using: - Automation test: Serenity, Robot framework, Java/Selenium, Soap UI, Jmeter, SeeTest, Lisa automation tool, Postman. - Project/Progress/Test/Defect tracking tools: Jira/Confluence, Target Process, Redmine, Inflectra/Spira Team, QATraq, Test Rail, Testlink, ... - Flow/Documentation tools: MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Markdown, HackMD, ...
