Rakibul got the job done despite changes in our demands and a lot of setbacks with the limitations of the APIs he was working with. For the price of his work he did an amazing job and he followed our directions well. Rakibul responds pretty quickly even though he's in a vastly different timezone and his communication was spot on. He was fixing the damage done by another contractor and it was a complex task, so it took a long time, but Rakibul patiently followed through and made sure everything was working well.
My only complaint is that it was sometimes hard to articulate what we wanted, but that is more of a limitation of the Upwork chat system. It's really hard to make sure that everyone is on the same page with just a few chat messages. It would make things a lot easier if Upwork had a Google Hangout integration of some sort.
