I have more than five years of experience in customer service. This includes handling Inbound Phone Support (in a call center for three years), live chat and email support. I am familiar with some Customer Service and Help Desk Software such as Siebel CRM, Smartertrack and Zopim. I also have experience in billing, sales and technical support (level 1 Windows/Mac support). I'm a graphic artist as well and currently an animation student.
