I am an experienced Customer Service Representative. I have excellent customer service skills and technical background on Home phone, Mobile and DSL, acquired through more than 2 years of handling calls as a Customer Service Specialist. I have very good communication skills. I am articulate and good in dealing with management, peers, and staff. I've consistently met and exceeded goals set upon me. I am very flexible in working on different shifts as I have worked for US and Australian Accounts already. I had several trainings that helped me develop my Customer ... Service skills. I have been given an opportunity to be the Assistant Team Lead who handles escalated calls when I was with ALLTEL. Currently I am connected with TELSTRA Mobile/Australian Account.
