I have mixed feelings about this provider. At times they are very good, and some tasks are delivered in a timely manner. At other times the work is very late or not delivered (to date), and there are careless errors. My feeling is that, once they have established clearer business processes, the quality of output will improve significantly. However, at present discussion about problems seems to fall on deaf ears. The share point sight is also very slow and unreliable. In short, if I need something to be done and be done properly, I engage a local provider. If the task is not essential and mistakes are acceptable, I use Xtenserv as their rates are very affordable. I would recommend, however, that any new client ensures that you are able to police milestones for projects, and that Xtenserv is made accountable for lateness of work. Otherwise it feels as if you are paying for a service, provided when Xtenserv chooses to deliver it, and without consequences. I think you will also find that the project manner is highly agreeable and a pleasure to work with.
