Over the last three years I have been a Customer Service Representative and Telemarketer, and have been a QA Specialist which includes tasks such as data entry, facilitating meetings, agents evaluation and help them by providing feedback. I started as a TELEMARKETER who relentlessly entice prospective customers to buy products or services. After almost a year of telemarketing I decided to venture for a more challenging job which enhances my customer service skills. I worked as a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST, I help people over the phone processing their request on the account. Everyday I make sure my customers needs ... are being expedited to their satisfaction.With Odesk I was able to experience being researcher , data entry especialist and virtual assistant with outstanding feedbacks from my Buyer. I have experienced working on different areas of Call Center work. I am knowledgeable in computer and its programs thus making my task easier to perform. All of these experiences has given me the chance to improve myself professionally. The main reason why I have decided to do home based work is to be able to give a considerable amount of time with work while being with my family.
