Presently, I am a Project Manager in a software company where I manage about 10 web / mobile developers and 3 QAs. I assign tasks and make sure all tasks / fixes are done according to the given deadline / estimate. Also, I help our QA team create test scripts and conduct ... manual testing before an application is released. We are able to deliver about 3 software applications including mobile (for Demo) in less than a year. Tools use in monitoring projects are JIRA and Smartsheet.
