I feel that I am the best person for you to hire because I've been an an Administrative Assistant and a Customer Service Manager of a US Based Freight Company for 1 year and doing online home base jobs for 5years now. I took care of Customers' concerns, update them on a daily and a timely manner with regards to their freight. I also do the company's audits, invoice, billing and training of newly hires, data entry and answering phone calls. I have also managed a team of 10 people. I was the pioneer and was given the responsibility to recruit, ... hire and train. I have also compiled Training Manuals both in videos and PDF formats. I also do one on one training with newly hires.
