To be able to find a job wherein I can use all the skills and training learned. The companies I worked for are Epixtar and Aditya Birla Minacs. The positions I handled are telephone service representative, senior customer care, analyst, customer adviser and Lead Quality Assurance Monitor for an Automotive and Telco account. With these positions and work experiences, I believe that I am skilled, competent and knowledgeable for the position I am applying for.
