For a year of being a Registered NUrse and at the same time a Technical Support Representative in a callcenter I have developed a positive attitude towards tasks. I can say that I am a mature individual and is now serious in looking for a job that will fit my credentials and will do everything in my power to impress my employer. I was also able to improve my customer care skills, comprehension, competence, communication skills and is still on the go to molding myself to the fullest of my potentials.
