Being in both outbound and inbound world provided me more knowledge about the BPO industry. As an outbound representative, it honed my selling and probing skills. I handled different types of project such as lead generation wherein we simply ask for prospects basic information, appointment setting- we schedule a meeting for our inside sales to present a demo for our service or product. As an inbound representative,The major part of our matrix was to get a very satisfied feedback from customer after each call through an email survey.
