Being in both outbound and inbound world provided me more knowledge about the BPO industry. As an outbound representative, it honed my selling and probing skills. I handled different types of project such as lead generation wherein we simply ask for prospects basic information, appointment setting- we schedule a meeting for our inside sales to present a demo for our service or product. As an inbound representative,The major part of our matrix was to get a very satisfied feedback from customer after each call through an email survey. It made me understand that customer/client satisfaction is our main interest. ... Currently, the projects I'm taking is specifically in B2B calling. Lead generation and appointment setting, lead profiling, call to invite and sales. I can make unlimited calls in USA, CANADA, UK and AUS. I have a dialing system that could make more calls than manual dialing (skype or traditional handset), manage the list, provide real time report on lead status, talk-time and more. With my experience, I have handled different types of CRM salesforce, zoho, bitrix, vtiger, salenexuss etc. I am very experienced in MS word, MS excel and the google apps. My mission is "Making my client fully satisfied to gain long term business relationship". This can only be achieved by providing what the client needs through quality service.
