Over the last 7 years, I've been in the call center industry as an inbound sales agent, outbound telemarketer/appointment setter, and a team manager. I've been with NCO Group as a Team Manager, and Fortune 500 company HSBC. Prior to becoming a team manager, I was an outbound sales agent/telemarketer/appointment setter from telecom and financial accounts. I am interested in phone selling, telemarketing, appointment setting, and customer service. My goal is to be able to assist clients in marketing their business, generate revenue and do the workload and help them leverage their time. I am interested in working as a freelancer, ... where I can accomplish all my tasks without being watched by someone. I am a type of person who can finish all tasks with less/no supervision. I also have experience in internet marketing. Being an internet marketer for 2 years, I'm familiar with article marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, and article writing as well.
