During the last 5 years I have been working in a company that provides a full range of hosting tech support. What does this mean? - quick and complete resolution of your problem. Why quick? - because a customer wants their site to be up and running 99.9% of the time. Why complete? - because if the issue is half-fixed now it may arise in the future and the customer will have to move to another provider who can solve the problem (you know hosting is a highly-competitive marketplace). All these factors are forcing me to have (or gain ... as fast as possible) a wide range of knowledge in system administration, programming, code debugging and customer relationship.
