My previous job has allowed me to be detail oriented and work fast. I've worked with billing a supplier which requires keeping data organized, encoding information, ensuring accuracy of the data. My current job as an operations manager in one of the leading call center companies, allows me to directly deal with clients from the US. Email communications and conference calls are part of the tasks i have at hand. I started as a customer support specialist for a US telecommunications company, handling calls efficiently and within a year was promoted as a Quality Coordinator in the same company, checking ... customer support specialists' accuracy of handling situation at hand, and English communication as well. After a year, I moved up the ladder again and became a supervisor, overseeing about 20 agents doing back office support. With this job, being detail oriented, responsible, as well as working fast helped me be promoted to a Manager. I am now searching for a part time job to that would allow me to use and further develop the skills that I have acquired. I am interested in data entry work, medical transcription or e-mail response handling but is very open to any work that a buyer may find suitable for me.
