My objective is to impart my telesales skills which features up selling, cross-selling and follow-up calls to prospective clients to close a sale. Included in my selling technique is customer service which I believe should not be compromised in every transaction, be it a sale or just a plain inquiry. My goal lies in making businesses grow, by providing them more revenue, with the right margin without compromising customer service.
