Being in the Outsourcing and I.T industry for years, I have developed a proactive, dedicated, professional, detail oriented and aggressive work attitude. My basic knowledge of Photoshop, MS word, MS Excel, Google Docs and PowerPoint has brought me to greater heights. My original job as a transcriptionist of recorded dictated files has enhanced my listening skills, grammar, written English and attention to detail. The nature of the job is based purely on speed, efficiency and QUALITY. All three spheres I have mastered throughout the years. I admit that my spoken English is a bit crude, but my grammar when written ... is near perfect. I am an internet savvy person, I can troubleshoot basic computer problems as I have for my previous clients even though not part of my original job description, I have helped out for both major and minor problems regarding my company’s work stations. I have basics in Web Design and Web Developing. I am the perfect Virtual Assistant as I am used to being tasked several things during the day and finish my transcripts on time with the best quality. I am very comfortable doing research and “Search” jobs. Deadlines have never been a problem with me, time management and being organized is the basics that our company has taught us. I can schedule, reschedule, help and keep your daily appointments organized, not to mention to make sure that things will not pile up regarding your paper work of which I am also capable of doing if given the chance.
