I've been with the BPO industry for almost four years. I was a live chat support agent for a VOIP company where we handle a maximum of five customers at the same time, eight hours a day (excluding overtime), and six days a week. We handle various concerns from our customers ranging from basic product knowledge, placing orders, tracking their orders, processing a replacement, and giving them trouble shooting steps when their device is not working properly. I also worked with a financial institution where I was a part of the team who caters request and answers inquiries through email. I ... am looking for a long-term stable job while working in the comfort of my home. I believe that my experience with my previous jobs would be of great help.
