I enjoy customer service because I know that helping someone with a particular issue may just make their day that much better. I'm also able empathize quickly with customers and get their issues solved - all with a smile. I also enjoy writing because there is always something to learn and the magic you can weave with words is amazing. As part of what I do, I can also teach either one-on-one or in groups (via GoToWebinar, or Skype) how to run particular software and can also do technical support. What this means is that I'm well rounded and able to ... adapt to any task set to me. I strive to be the best I can be, so that your business can be the best IT can be. As such I'm seeking a variety of long and short term opportunities. I can type at 56 words per minute.
