I have taken online courses to increase my knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Access. I am looking to work from home to help supplement my husband's income (he's active duty Army). My two older children (eight and almost six) are both in school now and my youngest is just a couple of years old and I am finding myself with a lot of extra time throughout the week. I enjoy being on the computer and helping out others. I am a quick learner and pride myself in maintaining a strong work environment. I tend to take to new tasks rather quickly and get them ... done quickly and proficiently. I am also a fairly fast typist and always proof my work before submitting it. I enjoy looking things up on the internet and inputting data into the format required. I have a lot of free time, and if more is needed to complete a project, I can provide that time as well. As I am a stay-at-home mom, I can be on the computer as much as needed, and my husband is very supportive of my new "job." I also enjoy "stuffing envelopes" as it is called. If the cost of supplies, is provided, I can promise a quick turnaround on completing the mailings and either sending them to you, or straight into the mail. The tedious nature of this task suits me, and I enjoy printing out the envelopes (using mail merge), as well as folding and inserting the letter/bill into the envelope. I keep a few of the supplies on hand, and thus would be able to get started immediately, while I wait on the payment for supplies to get started on the whole project. I enjoy writing, and have written on a number of topics for use with webcontent, SEO and other articles. If I'm in a writing mood, I can generally write a 400-600 word article in no time at all, and I always proof my articles with a plagiarism site to avoid any copy-scape issues. I also really enjoy doing BPOs for real estate agents and have worked with an agent in Florida for over a year now and one in California for just a few months. I can adhere to the strict 24-hour turnaround and enjoy the monotonous task of inputting the data for the comps and any subject information I can get. As I am not a real estate agent myself, I have generally only done the data entry portion of the BPOs, and none of the valuations. Also, I have not been thoroughly trained on how to pull comps in order to do a BPO on my own. But, once I receive the comps and/or MLS numbers I can pull the data and start working on the data input really quickly ensuring that you, as my client, will get the order back in enough time to finish the valuation before the order is due. Some of the vendors I have worked with in the past are: Evaluations, First American, Clear Capital, EmortgageLogic, PCV Murcor and many others. In the past, I have charged flat rates per BPO order, which varies from one Vendor to the other, as some require more information or have a more tedious form to fill out than others.
