    I just wanted to be transparent and decided to let other oDeskers know what was true. The contract got ended because Jaber wants me to refund $50 and other staff $10 each but I did not agree because I have worked for any hours I have billed into his account. During my last day, he asked me to do telemarketing which is not actually part of what I have signed on my contract as Lettings Negotiator and in an hour time, he wanted results. It should have been possible if there was at least an hour training like mock calls or listening to some good calls. Scripts are not even provided nor leads. I have to do it my own. I am a telemarketer but this needs to be discussed further to get results. This is something that oDesk needs to investigate. It not proper for a client to say vulgar words because we should observe professionalism. I have communicated with Jaber to change my feedback though he said that he can no longer trust me. I have been with the company for 8 months now and I have taken care all documents of the company without doing anything bad because I am professional. This has been reflected on the client's account that no contractor decided to stay long because of unprofessionalism. That's true that we can't regain what was lost. I'm just hoping that this would not happen to other contractors too.
