Started my call center job on 2006 as Spanish Sales Representative. On 2008, I got the opportunity to try different skill which is Customer service Representative and supported different services until 2010.
My main objective is to be efficient and effective as a Customer Service Representative, where my 4 years of progressive experience in the industry can add value to a customer centric- team.
