    This was the second time we hired Umair. His work was quite good until his last 4 to 6 weeks during which time he was overly distracted by family issues. During that time his work hurt our business, but overall an undistracted Umair is a terrific addition to any team. He is a terrific human being. He was always ambitious and looking for ways to bring new knowledge into the company. Yes, we would hire him again in the future.
