I think the most important quality one should look for in a freelancer is honesty. If you are not privy to programming and do not roughly know what it takes for a task to be accomplished, you can sometimes be taken advantage of because of this lack of knowledge. If you have a rough sense of whats going on you will be well equipped to handle transactions with potential freelancers. Lack of knowledge could potentially cost one a ton of money and/or land someone who is actually learning on your dime.
Jordan is quite the honest chap. You do not have to worry about not being familiar with code because Jordan will educate you and make sure you understand what you need to proceed. He does not judge you because of your lack of knowledge and he will not brush you off. He not only treats you like a client but as a human being. If he does not know something he isn't going to fake like he does and waste your time and money. He responds in a timely manner and does not mind making sure there is cooperation and understanding on both ends.
Grab Jordan while you can.
