In a current Real Estate experience being a Division Manager I am experiencing more and learning a lot. I am tasked to be the speaker of various events, leads a group and teaching team strategies to generate income. Working in a Call Center environment before showed me the strengths I needed to deliver quality and beyond what a customer service is. It is not only about being able to speak English but the ability to understand the work you are into and how it is best conveyed to your clients. It gave me the opportunity to lead a team, assist ... all of our agents needs from the different side of the globe, from a simple credit card customer assistance promoted to being a Tier 3 Technical team head resolving up to the the most technical issues like service interruption, credit card frauds, escalation of such issues direct to head office. The experience I have acquired for past works I have been privilege to work with had given me endless of opportunities.
