I've been working in a (U.S. based) call centere industry for three years. I've been a fraud analyst with JPMC, customer service representative with Vonage, and technical support with Barnes and Noble and Charter Communications (ISP). I have a vast experienced when it comes to world-class customer handling. I wish to still put these skills into use. I'm currently unemployed and taking up my Masters in Literature.
