I am a workforce analyst working for call centers and to be in this role requires me to have good communicational skills and analytical skills. i am proficient in english language may it be in writing or verbal. I have knowledge in VBA Macros in microsoft excel. Creating templates to improve business and help analize if everything is being done effectively and efficient is one of the things I really like doing . I can also create spread sheets depending on the business' needs.
