I am an expert in writing of various types. I have knowledge and skill in writing resumes, cover letters, business reports, human resource documents, and teaching and training materials (documents and power points). I am strong in survey development and evaluation, on-line program development and training, and on-line/distance teaching. I am a strong researcher and can write articles. I am well-versed in APA and can edit and proofread documents. I am very experienced in Total Quality Management processes and tool development, having developed and implemented TQM programs and measures for my employer. Also, I ... teach TQM to students. I have my Bachelors in Nursing and my Masters in Business. I started off as a floor nurse, seeing things first-hand, than was promoted to management. I have used my skills in the business world. I have been a professor in the College of Business at a private university for the last 10 years, yet I am adamant that students apply what they have learned. We consult with local businesses at least once a semester, completing business projects that have included developing and analyzing customer/employee satisfaction surveys and presenting recommendation reports to executive committees after analyzing company problems. I teach Business Communications, Human Resource Management, and Health Care Management classes, so I create, explain, and utilize all sorts of business documents and teaching resources daily. I am the Director of the Health Care Management program, assisting students in finding and securing student internships, developing students' management skills through community projects with local businesses, and assisting in resume writing, interviewing, networking, and all other factors associated with finding successful job placement. My success rate in placement is over 90%. I develop on-line training programs and teach and train on-line. I assisted the MBA program in acquiring regional certification of their on-line program.
