I decided to quit my full time job and work at home. For more than nine years of working in a bank I learned a lot but became expert in handling clients complains, closing sales deal and making clients happy. I think the reason why I excel in customer service is that my passion is talking and I enjoyed having conversations.
I read that if you want to succeed, do the things that you love. Since I love, love, love to talk and express myself, I thought of making it a career.
