Microsoft Access Administration
Over these last ten years, I had the opportunity to use a number of statistical/data software tools, these are MS Excel, SAS, SPSS, Minitab, MS Access, STATA and Datagain. These tools were primarily used to manage data, create analysis and produce reports. I also used a number of Email Client Programs such as MS Outlook, Goldmine and Lotus Notes. I also had the opportunity to use a CRM tool called Salesforce and AKJ which is a billing platform.
