We've had our fair shares of so-called sysadmins from oDesk, all promising us heaven but delivering pretty much... nothing. We've came across Nick Keefen and NKSupport and we've been using them ever since. What I like most - and what most of the other sysadmins we've been using in here, especially those from India, lack most - are the communication. Wether we send a support request for some software to be updated or to restore some customers backup, there is a reply within 5-10 minutes. Depending on the severity of our requests, they are completed from within 5 minutes to an hour. We've never had to file a request regarding nonresponsive websites, their own system catches these and NK Support fixes them before we even have a chance to react again. Our databaseserver runs smoother than ever after their optimization. I can HIGHLY recommend Nick and his team!
